A collaborative installation presented by The Greenhorns

The collaborative installation Land. Liberty. Sunshine. Stamina. will provide a venue for farmers from around the country to display their wares - the products of their careful stewardship. From socks to smocks to seeds - this collective artwork demonstrates the culture of agriculture, and reclaims reverence for "producer" instead of only ever championing the "consumers."

Fermentation skill share and culture exchange

Presented by Bay Area Source, proceeds go to benefit City Slicker Farms

Fermentation skill share will feature various vegetable brining methods including sauerkraut and pickles.  Skill share will take place from 8-9pm.
Cultures (starters for home fermentation) will be available for trade, including kombucha, sourdough starters, and ginger bugs.  Please bring any cultures you have to trade or empty jars to take things home with you.

Bay Area Source creates public alterations, gives away plants, disperses information, wears costumes, guerilla gardens, and commits minor acts of vandalism.  They like plants.
